1.1. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Handpainted items are made to order and are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded. Please be aware of this before placing an order for handpainted items.
2. Initiation of the Return
2.1. To initiate a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@gllculture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support assistant will verify the eligibility of your return and provide you with detailed instructions, including the shipping address for returns.
- Choose Self-Shipping or obtain a pre-paid label, where the label cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible items. Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned eligible item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
